Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 2026. Terms governing architectural estimations, material supply contracts, and site execution by Vagmine Exteriors.

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to all quotations, bill of quantities (BOQ), material supply, sub-framing fabrication, and on-site facade installation contracted through Vagmine Exteriors ("Contractor") for client building elevations ("Client").

2. Quotations & Rate Calculations

All preliminary rate estimates generated online or via quotation documents are based on provided elevation drawings and initial area measurements. Official binding contract rates are finalized following an on-site physical measurement check and structural framing review. Quotation rates remain valid for 30 days from issuance unless raw material market prices (aluminium extrusions, glass, PVDF ACP sheets) fluctuate significantly.

3. Site Access & Scaffolding Requirements

The Client shall provide unobstructed access to the building elevation, adequate single-phase/three-phase electrical power points for welding and drilling equipment, and safe material staging space at the job site. Scaffolding, staging cradles, or mechanical hoist equipment shall be specified in the formal contract agreement.

4. Material Supply & Manufacturer Warranties

Vagmine Exteriors supplies certified FR-grade options and high-grade materials (4mm FR ACP, HPL, Stonelam, DGU Low-E Glass, 6063-T6 Aluminium extrusions). Panel color fastness and glass warranties (typically 10 to 15 years, subject to selected manufacturer and product specifications) are issued directly by primary manufacturers, supplemented by Vagmine Exteriors' certified installation workmanship warranty.

5. Payment Milestones

Project execution follows mutually agreed contract milestone schedules:

  • Advance Mobilization: Booking deposit upon contract signing and CAD approval.
  • Material Dispatch: Payment upon delivery of aluminium sub-framing and cladding/glass materials to the site.
  • Installation Milestones: Progressive payments linked to sub-grid completion and panel mounting.
  • Final Handover: Balance payment upon final site inspection and handover.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from contract execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
