By 2026 we had settled on a simple principle: fewer clients, more attention. We take on select projects so each one gets proper time — from sketching the concept to finishing the last detail. We use materials and methods that stand up to Kongu weather and build things to last.

2021
Commitment and Challenges
2021 was tough — COVID and labour shortages caused delays and hard choices. We focused on keeping our crew together, stayed honest with clients, and tightened how we plan work. Those months made us more organised and more committed to finishing every job properly.
2016
The Bright Chapter
By 2016 people in and around Kongu were taking exteriors more seriously. New materials and finishes made better-looking façades possible, and our workload grew. We learned to take on more projects while keeping the same care and attention to detail.
2006
The Foundation
It began in 2006 with me in my twenties, taking small jobs around Kongu and learning on the job. Those early years taught us to value solid workmanship, honest timelines, and doing the job properly—no shortcuts.
